As part of our commitment to connecting clients with the best possible matchmaking services, please note that we may receive referral fees when clients are introduced to affiliated matchmakers. We only recommend ethical matchmakers whom we believe will best serve our clients’ unique needs and relationship goals.

When you apply as a dater, matchmaker, or super-connector, or if you are a matchmaking company applying to be included on our List of Ethical Matchmakers, we collect information such as your name, address, contact information, preferences, and other details pertinent to our matchmaking and referral services.

If you utilize our dispute resolution services, we collect information pertinent to the dispute, including contact details, the nature of the dispute, any communications with the other party, and relevant supporting documentation you may submit. This information is used solely to facilitate resolution between the involved parties and to uphold our commitment to ethical standards within our network.

We may share this information with third-party mediators or advisors if required to assist with the resolution, while ensuring confidentiality and limiting access to only those necessary for resolving the matter.
