WWRN operates as a referral network. We are not a matchmaking company and do not provide matchmaking services directly.

WWRN may receive referral fees when individuals are introduced to affiliated matchmaking companies and a client relationship results. These referral fees do not influence which matchmakers are introduced. Referrals are made at WWRN’s discretion and only when alignment appears appropriate based on the information provided.

WWRN prioritizes referrals to ethical matchmaking companies that align with disclosed professional and ethical standards.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

WWRN does not request or require sensitive personal data except where such information is provided as part of an application and is reasonably necessary to support respectful communication, role-based review, or compatibility considerations. When you submit an application or inquiry as a dater, matchmaker, super-connector, or matchmaking company seeking inclusion on our List of Ethical Matchmakers, we may collect information such as:

We collect only information reasonably necessary to assess alignment and fulfill referral-related functions.

Applicant Categories

WWRN collects information from different types of applicants, including daters, professional matchmakers, super-connectors, and matchmaking companies. The type and scope of information collected may vary depending on the applicant’s role and the purpose of their application.

We use the collected information to:

• Review and assess applications or inquiries submitted through the Site
• Determine whether a referral or next step may be appropriate
• Identify potential alignment with independent matchmaking companies or service providers

• Conduct internal reviews of applicants or companies for potential risk, fraud, or misalignment with ethical standards

All submissions are reviewed by a member of our team. No decisions are made solely by automated processing.

Use of Automated Tools

WWRN may use limited automated or AI-assisted tools to support administrative functions such as organizing submissions, identifying potential alignment factors based on stated preferences and logistical considerations, and improving operational efficiency. These tools are used only to assist internal review. All substantive decisions regarding referrals, introductions, or next steps are made by a member of our team. WWRN does not use automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Independent matchmaking companies referred through WWRN operate under their own privacy policies and data practices. Once introduced, the handling of personal information is governed by the independent matchmaker’s policies and agreements.

WWRN prioritizes referrals to ethical matchmaking companies, including those accredited by the International Matchmaking Compliance Board (IMC Board), where available and appropriate.

In limited circumstances, WWRN may refer to non-accredited matchmaking companies when an accredited company is unavailable or unsuitable for a specific situation. In such cases, WWRN conducts internal vetting to assess alignment with its ethical guidelines.

We may share personal information with select third parties only when necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided, including:

• Introducing you to an independent matchmaking company when alignment appears appropriate
• Connecting you with third-party service providers you have requested, where applicable.

Your profile is not distributed broadly across all affiliates. Information is shared only when:

• There is a potential mutual match with a matchmaker’s VIP client, or
• You express interest in hiring a matchmaker, and alignment with your stated needs exists

Referral fees, when applicable, do not influence referral decisions.

Matchmaker and Company Information

Information submitted by matchmakers, super-connectors, or matchmaking companies is used to evaluate alignment with WWRN’s referral criteria, ethical standards, and professional practices. Such information may be shared internally for review and, where relevant, displayed or referenced in connection with referral activities.

WWRN does not publicly display personal profiles of daters or matchmakers without consent. Information is shared only on a limited, purpose-specific basis consistent with the applicant’s role.

• Ongoing patch management
• Password-protected accounts and optional two-factor authentication

The client portal at https://member.getrealgetlove.com is a white-labeled SuiteDash environment used by daters, matchmakers, and affiliated companies.
