Worldwide Referral Network (WWRN) Terms of Service

Welcome to the Worldwide Referral Network (WWRN) website at https://wwrnetwork.com. By accessing and using our referral services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rights and responsibilities of WWRN, matchmakers, referred daters, and SuperConnectors.

1. Overview of Services
WWRN provides referral services, connecting individuals seeking matchmaking services (referred to as "daters") with professional matchmakers in our network. WWRN facilitates the introduction and referral process but does not directly offer matchmaking services. All matchmakers referred to daters have signed a referral agreement with WWRN outlining the collaboration process and our ethical standards.

2. Referral Process and Fees
WWRN operates as a referral service between daters and professional matchmakers. As part of our referral process, we may receive referral fees from matchmakers to support our services. We recommend only those matchmakers who meet our ethical standards and whom we believe best suit each dater's needs.  

Referral Fee Arrangement: WWRN offers two distinct services for which it receives referral fees:

• Client Referrals: WWRN refers potential clients who align with an affiliate matchmaking company's area of specialty. When a referred dater signs a contract with the matchmaker, WWRN receives a referral fee from the matchmaker, which does not affect the cost of services for the dater.
• Match Option Referrals: WWRN also provides affiliate matchmaking companies with potential match options from our database to introduce to their VIP clients. When a match from our database is introduced to a VIP client and deemed a fit, WWRN receives a referral fee based on the agreement with the affiliate company.
• No Cost to Daters: Daters are never charged by WWRN for being part of the referral process. All referral fees are paid by the affiliate matchmaking companies.
• SuperConnectors: WWRN partners with SuperConnectors who refer potential clients to our network. SuperConnectors are compensated for their referrals, receiving 20% of the 20% referral fee that WWRN earns from the matchmaker. This fee structure does not affect the cost of services for daters or matchmakers and is strictly a business-to-business arrangement between WWRN and the SuperConnectors.
• Optional Participation: Daters retain the option to decline working with any matchmaker referred by WWRN or meeting a VIP client if they do not believe a mutual match exists.

3. Eligibility and Use of Services
WWRN reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any dater seeking a referral. Referrals are made based on the dater's preferences and the capabilities of matchmakers in the WWRN network. WWRN cannot guarantee that a referral will result in a successful match or relationship.

4. Data Privacy and Consent
By using WWRN's services, daters consent to collecting, storing, and sharing their personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• Data Sharing: Personal information provided by daters, such as name, contact information, and relationship preferences, may be shared with matchmakers for referral purposes.
• Client Consent: Daters must consent to share their information with third-party matchmakers. WWRN will not share personal information without this consent.
• Right to Opt-Out: Daters can opt out of having their information shared with third-party matchmakers at any time by contacting support@wwrnetwork.com. However, opting out may limit matchmaking referrals available.

5. No Guarantees of Service
WWRN facilitates the referral process but does not guarantee specific outcomes from matchmaking services. Any agreements or contracts between daters and matchmakers are separate from WWRN, and WWRN is not responsible for the services provided by matchmakers.

6. Referral Fee for VIP Clients
When a dater qualifies and agrees to meet a VIP client of an affiliate matchmaking company, WWRN may receive a referral fee from the affiliate matchmaker. This fee is paid solely by the affiliate and does not impact the cost of services for the dater. Daters are free to decline any meeting or introduction without penalty.

7. Dispute Resolution Services
WWRN offers a dispute resolution service for issues arising from our referral process or any disagreements related to ethical standards within our network. In cases where matchmakers or matchmaking companies have complaints regarding the ethical practices of others in our network, 

WWRN encourages the filing of a dispute so that we can track potential violations and determine if the reported party should remain on the referral list. WWRN facilitates communication between all parties involved and ensures a fair opportunity for everyone to present their perspective before a determination is made.

Please note that WWRN’s role in dispute resolution is focused solely on upholding our ethical standards. We are not liable for resolving disputes between daters and matchmakers, as matchmaking services are separate agreements outside our direct purview.

8. Changes to Terms of Service
WWRN reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Daters and matchmakers will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice posted on our website. Continued use of the service following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
